The Hutchins Minor in Integrative Studies is designed to help the student in a traditional discipline
understand the relation that his or her major field of study bears to
a number of other areas of inquiry and expertise.
Requirements and Advising Worksheet:
- You must complete LIBS 302 (or at least one semester of lower division coursework).
- You must complete LIBS 402 as one of your final classes in the Hutchins Minor.
- You must complete a total of 20 units of upper division coursework in the Hutchins School, including a minimum of 13 elective units which may include LIBS 304, LIBS 308, Core Courses (LIBS 320), other LIBS courses, and/or approved substitutions.
