Nathan Rank is a professor of Biology at Sonoma State University and has been Director of Fairfield Osborn Preserve since 2000. He received his Ph.D. in Zoology from the University of California-Davis in 1990. His research interests focus on evolutionary ecology and population biology.

Elizabeth Giuliani received her degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Sonoma State University and has been actively involved in the School of Science and Technology before and after graduation. Her project management, educational, and work experiences fit current needs well. She also brings an understanding of land management and environmental and safety issues.
