Claudia Luke became Director of Sonoma State University Preserves in 2009. She served as Director for three California State University and University of California field stations since 1993. She received her Ph.D. in Zoology from the University of California Berkeley in 1989. She has developed multi-organizational collaborations in coastal prairie conservation, fire and watershed management, environmental sensor networks, and wildlife monitoring. |

Elizabeth Giuliani received her degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Sonoma State University and has been actively involved in the School of Science and Technology before and after graduation. Her project management, educational, and work experiences fit current needs well. She also brings an understanding of land management and environmental and safety issues. |
