*The scholarship is open to students enrolled in or accepted in a Dental Hygiene, Dentistry, Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwifery, or Physician Assistant health progam.
*The loan repayment program is open to graduates of one of the above listed programs who have remaining educational debt incurred while attending one of these programs
