*Must be of Swiss descent by demonstrating that at least on parent (or applicant) is a Swiss Citizen registered with the Swiss Consulate of San Francisco (or carrying a valid Swiss Passport)
*Must have resided within a 150-mile radius of San Francisco City Hall for a minimum of three years preceding the date of initial application
*Must have completed two years of college (or junior college) with a 3.0 minimum GPA for the last two years (for a minimum of 12 units undergraduate or nine units graduate per term)
*Must have applied for admission to any institution of higher learning in the United States offereing a baccalaureate degree.
