Meeting Dates of the Fairness Board to consider disputes

The Fairness Board has established the following dates to consider disputes for the Academic Year 2009 - 2010. The Board does not meet during the months June - August. Generally, the Board will meet each month of the Fall and Spring semesters with specific dates determined at the beginning of each Fall. Please pay close attention to the deadlines for submitting your dispute to the Board.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CSU CONSIDERATION OF EMPLOYEE FURLOUGHS, SOME OF THESE DATES MAY CHANGE WITH LITTLE NOTICE.

If you miss a deadline for submission, your dispute can be heard at the next meeting of the Board.

Emergency meetings: If, in the opinion of the Chair of the Fairness Board, who may consult with other members of the university, it appears needed, an emergency meeting of the Fairness Board may be called for extraordinary circumstances. A quorum of the Board is required for an emergency meeting which includes one member from each category; one student, one faculty member, one SSP and one SAEM administrator and the Chair of the Board. An emergency meeting will be called as soon as possible given scheduling logistics of the Board members. No emergency meetings can be held in the months of June - August.
