Priority 1: Focuses on record keeping, reporting student and program
performance, and evaluating project performance.
Priority 2: Focuses on budget management and the statutory and
regulatory requirements for operation of TRIO projects.
Priority 5: Focuses on proven strategies for recruiting and serving
hard-to-reach populations—including students who are limited English
proficient, students from groups who are traditionally underrepresented
in postsecondary education, students who are individuals with disabilities,
students who are homeless children and youth, students who are foster
care youth, or other disconnected students.
