Campus and Community Connections

The Women's and Gender Studies Department provides:

  • Semester lecture series on a special topic (e.g., women's health, men's lives, women's history). These lectures are open to the public.
  • Resources on internship opportunities, graduate programs, and research on women and gender.
In cooperation with the campus Center for Genders, Cultures and Sexualities (664-2845), we promote:
  • Referrals to women's organizations and services on campus and in the community.
  • Non-credit speakers, workshops and support groups on topics of interest.
  • Special events for Women's History Month in March
