"Why do Service-Learning?" is a handout for students in your service-learning course(s).

The Learning Plan Form helps students clearly define the learning and service objectives in their service-learning course. When reviewed by the student, community partner, and the instructor, it helps to clarify expectations and responsibilities among all. It is also an important document for managing risk in service-learning.
