Using the document as a starting place for discussion the Committee reviewed the funding requests, deliberated on the merits of the written and personal presentations and developed recommendations (attached and hereby incorporated into the minutes) to be forwarded to President Arminana. A prudent reserve was included. The recommendations were dually Moved Seconded and Passed (one opposed).
With scheduled time for adjournment at hand, it was Moved, Seconded and Passed to continue discussion of accountability measures and funding cycle until the next regularly scheduled meeting, May 2, 2002.
Chair Goldstein adjourned the meeting at 3:10 p.m.
Minutes respectfully submitted by,
Katie Pierce, Academic Affairs Budget Officer
