FACULTY CONFIDENTIALITY TRAINING

All Faculty members are automatically given access to PeopleSoft once they are hired.  However, per the Chancellor’s Office memo coded HR 2005-16, all CSU Employees with access to confidential information must complete Confidentiality Training. Faculty are NOT required to attend in-person Confidentiality Training.  Faculty are required to read the Faculty Confidentiality Handbook and sign the Access and Compliance Form. Please visit www.sonoma.edu/cms/training for instructions on how to complete this training.

If you need assistance navigating within PeopleSoft, please visit the 'Documentation' portion of the CMS site at http://www.sonoma.edu/cms/documentation.
