Student Right to Know

The Student Right to Know and Campus Security Act requires that universities throughout the country produce statistics and/or information on the following subjects:

1) retention and graduation rates and and academic program data is posted on the Institutional Research website;

2) Information on financial assistance, including descriptions of application procedures and forms and the cost of attendance may be obtained from the Financial Aid Office website;

3) Annual security report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings owned or controlled by the University, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters;

4) Information concerning athletic program participation, financial support, and participation rates may be obtained from the Physical Education and Athletics Department website;

5) other institutional information including accreditation, facilities and services available to disabled students, and withdrawal and refund policies may be obtained from the Records and Registration website .
