July 1 Fees due (for those participating in April or May registration) Note: students dropped for non-payment of fees will have to re-add classes during August registration.

3 Labor Day holiday (University closed)
4 Last day to Add
4 Priority day to submit Contract Courses (Special Studies, Internships, Community Involvement, etc.)
4 Last day to Drop a course (with adjusted fees) ( done on-line)
4 Last day to change from Full Time to Part Time fee status
4 Final Fee Payment deadline. Students dropped for non-payment of fees will not be eligible for reinstatement for Fall 2012.
5 -17 Drop with a "W" (done on-line)
5 - 17 Petition to Add with $20 administrative fee per class (adding classes permitted because of serious and compelling reasons only)
15 Final deadline to submit Graduation Applications for December 2012
15 Graduation Application priority filing date for students planning to graduate May 2013
17 Final deadline to submit Contract Courses - note: class may not be added to your schedule until after the Registration Freeze (Mid October)
17 Last day to Drop with "W" (done on-line)
17 Last day to Petition to Add
17 Last day to change Grading Basis (done on-line)
18 Census Date
18 - Oct 7 REGISTRATION FREEZE - no processing of adds or drops
18 - October 28 Petition to Withdraw from a Class w/ $20 administrative fee (dropping classes permitted because of serious and compelling reasons)

10 Registration Processing continues
28 Last day to withdraw from all classes and receive pro-rated cancellation of fees
28 Last day to completely withdraw from the University (no refund)

4 Last day to Petition to Withdraw from a Class
5 - Dec 9 Withdrawing from the semester at this point follows same requirements as retroactive withdraw
12 Veteran's Day Observed
TBD Spring 2013 Transfer Orientation
21 - 23 Thanksgiving holiday for Students - No classes the 21st ; University closed 22nd and 23rd
