Division Assessment
The Division of Administration and Finance has launched an assessment focusing on a “culture of evidence” of institutional effectiveness. This is part of our strategy to maintain alignment with the mission and vision of the University Strategic Planning project.
The AFD Assessment uses the Balanced Scorecard approach and focuses on four perspectives of strategy: Customer, Financial, Internal Processes and Innovation and Growth. The Assessment is designed to assist function areas with Strategy Development and Performance Measurement.
