WHO'S ELIGIBLE?
- You are a resident of our local service area counties (Solano, Mendocino, Sonoma, Napa, Lake, Marin)
- You will have 60 or more transferable semester units completed by the end of Spring 2010.
- You will have completed 30 units of General Education with grades of "C" or better ("CR" is acceptable).
- You will have completed GE Areas A1 (Speech), A2 (English Composition), A3 (Critical Thinking), and B4 (Mathematics) with grades of "C" or better by the end of Spring 2010.
- Your overall GPA is at least 2.00 (2.40 for non-CA residents).
Note: The following students are NOT eligible for Instant Admission, and must apply through the regular admission process (www.csumentor.edu): SSU returning students, graduate students, 2nd BA/BS, students with foreign or out-of-state transcripts, and international applicants.
WHAT TO DO...
- Order one official transcript from each college or university you have attended, including your current college. (Have these transcripts sent to yourself, and DO NOT OPEN THEM! If they are opened by anyone other than an admission evaluator, they are no longer considered official.)
- If applicable, order official test score reports (AP, IB, CLEP). If you have served in the military, obtain a copy of your DD214 form.
- Fill out your Student Information Form. This is available online (http://www.sonoma.edu/ar/admissions/ia_student_form.doc).
- Apply for admission online (www.csumentor.edu) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled Instant Admission appointment.
WHAT TO BRING...
- Official transcripts from each college or university attended (and test scores or DD214 form, if applicable).
- Completed Student Information Form.
