If you are denied admissions

If we sent you a letter indicating that you have not met Sonoma State University admission requirements, but you feel that a mistake was made or that you erroneously completed your application, you eligible to a second review.

Please submit the following documents:

• Request for 2nd Review Form (click here to download pdf)
• Official 7th semester high school transcripts with grades posted and work in progress listed.
• Official Test Scores.

Requests for 2nd reviews will be processed between March 1, 2010 and April 1, 2010 and are subject to space availability.
