First Time Freshmen Admission Requirements

After applying electronically at csumentor.edu you will immediately receive an automated response, confirming receipt of your application, and providing you with a confirmation number and other helpful information.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR AN ADMISSION DECISION:

First Time Freshmen

If your self reported information allows us to admit you now, we will inform you of that fact by March 1, 2007.

Transfer Freshmen (w/some college)

ONE OFFICIAL: SAT/ACT test scores, high school transcript (with graduation date posted), and transcripts(s) from every college and/or university attended

Sophomores (w/less than 60 transferable semester units)

ONE OFFICIAL: SAT/ACT test scores, high school transcript (with graduation date posted), and transcript(s) from every college and/or university attended

Juniors (minimum 60 transferable semester units)

ONE official transcript from every college and/or university attended

Seniors

ONE official transcript from every college and/or university attended

Veterans

ONE copy of your DD214

Any level

If you have taken Advanced Placement (AP) and/or College Level Examination Program (CLEP) test(s), be sure to have one official set of scores sent to SSU for review for college credit

To obtain official SAT, ACT, AP and/or CLEP test results, contact the College Board at, http://www.collegeboard.com/splash

You have been assigned an Academic Records Specialist. If you have questions about your file, please go online to http://www.sonoma.edu/ar/internal/staff_adm.shtml and contact the Specialist in your alphabet category.

If transcripts/documents are not received by this office when your application arrives at the desk of the Academic Records Specialist who is handling your file, you will receive notification of missing documents.
