Once you are admitted to Sonoma State University you will receive a congratulatory letter of acceptance and an assigned SSU student identification number as well as the addresses to some very important websites to visit for further information.

FIRST: Your letter of acceptance will instruct you to access the online Admissions Guidebook.

This is your comprehensive step-by-step guide to complete your enrollment with SSU. This guide has important information about your attendance and housing plans. You will be asked to read, fill out, print and send back needed forms by the required due dates. In the Admissions Guidebook you will find information about the Enrollment Reservation Deposit (ERD) and how to secure your deposit by the due date.

SECOND: Fulfilling your admissions criteria

Failure to meet your requirements will void this offer of admission. This offer of admission is for this term only. If you decline this offer of admission, but seek admission for a subsequent semester, you must submit a new application and pay another application fee.

Finally, you Letter of Acceptance informs you of your residency status, and your chosen graduae program on record.
