Registration Dates and Times
PASS 1 (by appointment only)Nov. 30th - Dec. 4th. FEES DUE JAN. 1ST
PASS 2 (by appointment only)Dec. 7th - 18th. FEES DUE JAN. 1ST
Open Reg/Add/Drop (NO appointment)Jan. 11th - Feb. 12th. FEES DUE FEB. 12th
PASS 1 & PASS 2 are by appointment only. When appointments are ready to view, you will receive an e-mail in your Seawolf email account.

1. OBTAIN USERID AND PASSWORD

NEW SSU STUDENTS:

To obtain your UserID and Password go to ONLINE SERVICES ->Obtain UserID/Password

CONTINUING STUDENTS:

You can continue using your current UserID and Password. Can't remember your UserID or password? Go to ONLINE SERVICES ->Obtain UserID/Password. Once you know your UserID and Password, continue on to step 2, and Login.

2. LOGIN

Go to ONLINE SERVICES STUDENT LOGIN.

Once you successfully login, it is important that you immediately check...

  • your REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT
  • for any HOLDS stopping you from registering
  • your status (fee status, privacy status, class level)
  • your English and/or math placement

During your scheduled registration time you can:

  • enroll online
  • add/drop/swap classes
  • change basis of grading

3. REGISTRATION BASICS

Go to Registration Dates & Basics. Registration BASICS informs you of registrations dates, times and deadlines, enrollment limits, refund policies, immunization requirements, refund policies, and more.

4. How to REGISTER ONLINE

Go to the "ENROLLMENT: How to Add a Class" page for instructions on how to add a class. Once you have added a class successfully, you are registered.

5. PAY REGISTRATION FEES

The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun. All CSU listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees.

SPRING 2010 PASS 1 and PASS 2 fees are due by Jan. 1st. Open reg/late Reg/Add/Drop fees due by Feb. 12th. For complete fee information, go to Registration Dates & Basics/fees

6. ONLINE SERVICES HELP

For help with all Online Services, go to Online Services -> Online Services Instructions for tutorials and visual aids to assist you in:

NEED REGISTRATION HELP?

Help during Pass I: A registration help lab will be open the week of Nov. 30th - Dec. 4th, from 9 am - noon and 1 pm - 4 pm

Help during Pass 2: A registration help lab will be open the week of Dec. 7th - 11th, from 9 am - noon and 1 pm - 4 pm

Help during Open reg/late reg/add/drop : A registration help lab will be open on the first day of open registration (Jan. 11th,) from 9 am - noon and 1 pm - 4 pm

Call 707/664-2000. Rather have help in person? During this same period, Schulz 2007 is available to walk-ins from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
