Initial section of the Degree Audit explains its use and provides the key for the icons and codes used in the DA. See application of Degree Audit Icons and Course Enrollment Codes below.

3. Status Icons and Enrollment Codes
  1. Status icons let you know if you have completed individual requirements or groups of requirements. If you roll your mouse over the icon, its meaning will be displayed.
  2. The Enrollment Codes in the courses detail information let you know how you earned the credit.

  1. The Course History page includes a link to the Unoffical Transcript if that view is desired.
  2. The Sonoma Course History has info spread across to tabs to include a wide variety of course information.
  3. The Course History grid can be downloaded to EXCEL using the include icon. Be sure Pop Up Blocking is OFF.
  4. You have the ability to sort your Course History by any field on the page. For example, you could sort by Requirement Designation.
