Instructions for Transfer Students Who are Continuing Their Benefits


If you are a transfer student and utilized your VA Educational Benefits at your previous institution, you need to complete and submit the following forms for your enrollment certification to be processed.

(If you are a transfer student but are using your benefits for the first time, view the information regarding Instructions for Starting Your Benefits.)

  • Request for Change of Program/Place of Training
  • Copy of DD214 (Ch. 30) or NOBE (Ch. 1606)
