Car/Van Rentals
Email Linda Williams at williali@sonoma.edu in advanced for car and van rental information or reservation request. In the Email include:
- Date and Time when you want to rent a vehicle.
- Date and Time when the vehicle is going to be returned.
- What size vehicle is needed
- Source of funding (how is the rental going to be paid?)
- Drivers names
Once that is done, the Authorized Signers need to make an appointment with Linda Williams to sign Purchase Order or can email williali@sonoma.edu to authorize the expense.
Club must also sign a contract by going to: 368 Rohnert Park Expressway, Rohnert Park CA, 94928 prior to the vehicle pick up date. The drivers must provide copies of their driver’s license, when signing the contract.
Car rental vehicles can be picked up on the Parking lot by Police Services. The vehicle will have a sign that has Williams and the club name or event on it.
