Note: This can be done at the beginning of the year or as needs become realized.
There are three methods available to make expenditures.
1. Credit Card ( AS Business Office has a Visa card that can be utilized for on-line payments)
2. Direct Pay ( Payment made by a check directly to the vendor for purchases under $2,500.00)
3. E-req or Purchase Order ( for all purchases over $2,500.00)

Clubs not following the spending requirements, will need to pay for purchased or ordered goods and services with club funds and may lose their IRA funds and may lose their club status.
