President Derek Pierre is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the
Associated
Students, Inc. His primary responsibilities include the general oversight
of ASI,
representing the organization and Sonoma State students to the university
community,
and acting as an advocate for issues that affect the quality of student
life. As
President, Derek appoints ASI officers and directors and names students
to
university committees.
