City Year
A program for 17-24 year olds that seeks to demonstrate, improve and promote the concept of national service as a means for building a stronger democracy.

Teach for America
A national corps of recent college graduates of all academic majors who commit two years to teach in urban and rural public schools, and become lifelong leaders in the effort to expand educational opportunity.

Lutheran Volunteer Corps
A year-long service program for people 21 and over seeking to unite faith, social justice, community living, and simplicity, through direct social services, political advocacy, community organizing, education, and activism.

Jesuit Volunteer Corps
Almost 300 volunteers each year work with hundreds of national and international grassroots organizations to provide essential services to low-income people and those who live on the margins of our society.
