Alternative Breaks
A program for Sonoma State University student volunteers that coordinates and organizes week-long service trips during SSU's breaks.

Campus-Wide Events
This program offers various one-time service events for Sonoma State University students to volunteer throughout the course of the academic year. The events are coordinated with local non-profits and service organizations in the community.

Mentoring Program
A service program that connects SSU student volunteers to middle school youth at Mountain Shadows Middle School in order to foster a mentoring relationship between the two. The mentoring program hopes to empower youth in our communtiy to make positive life choices that enable them to maximize their potential. This program has not been started yet.

Project Earth
An education and awareness program which provides community service evnts and activities with environmental organizations for SSU student volunteers.

SOUP (Serving Our Unfed People)
A homelessness and hunger education and awareness program which organizes community service events and activities for SSU student volunteers with non-profit agencies addressing hunger and homelessness issues.

Study Buddies
An after-school program for the children (2nd-5th graders) at Evergreen Elementary School where SSU student volunteers provide homework assistance three days a week.

Blood Drives
The Bloodbank of the Redwoods sponsors blood drives on campus throughout the year. Check in here to see the upcoming drives.
