The volunteer referral service provides information and referrals to connect students who are looking for volunteer opportunities in the community with nonprofit agencies and organizations who need volunteers. You can search on your own, and/or JUMP can help provide resources for you to find an opportunity that will meet your preferences.
One Time Volunteer Opportunities
This page includes
a list of current/upcoming individual and group volunteer opportunities from a variety of organizations. These opportunities are for one-time occasions or special events. For example: 6 volunteers needed to serve beverages at an upcoming fundraiser dinner; volunteers needed to hand out programs at a local concert, etc.
Individual Volunteer Listings
This page contains resources for finding volunteer and internship opportunities on your own. Includes links to volunteer/internship listing sites, a volunteer database search, and a variety of special interest volunteer work (i.e. working with children, environmental work, working in hospitals, etc.).
