Archaeology of Early Chinese and Japanese San José

ASC archaeologists conducted a test excavation from the 11th to 17th March 2008 to expose selected areas of Heinlenville and early Japantown. The associated excavation blog allowed the community to follow our progress and view the excavation from the perspective of archaeologists, students, volunteers, and a local historian.
