Chartered student organizations are entitled to use available classrooms, conference rooms and meeting spaces in most buildings on campus. Most rooms are free of charge (Food Service facilities usually involve a fee). Reservations are first-come, first-served, so reserve a room for all your meetings early in the semester. Paperwork is required to ensure that the room is reserved.
How to reserve a campus location:

Center for Culture, Gender and Sexuality (seats 15-30), Erin Fisher Room (seats 30), Multipurpose Room (seats 100 and includes a screen, sound and microphone system, television monitor and VCR).
Residential Community

- Cabernet Meeting Room accommodates up to 55 people in auditorium style seating or 30 people seated around 6' tables.
- Riesling Meeting Room seats 12 people around a conference table.
- Chardonnay Meeting Room seats 30 people auditorium style or 20 people seated around 6' tables, and is a more informal setting with a fireplace (wood not provided), big-screen TV and sound system.
- Important Note: All requests submitted for the residential community that will take place after quiet hours will automatically be denied.
- Quiet Hours
- Sunday through Thursday: 9pm to 8 am
- Friday and Saturday: Midnight to 10am

- Commons has a dining capacity of 175 and assembly capacity of 225.
- Terrace Room located in the northwest corner of the Commons has a seating capacity of 22.
- Vintage Room is a private dining room located in the Commons with a seating capacity of 8.
- The Pub: first contact the Pub Manager, Student Union, second floor, 664-4027
- Zinfandel Meeting Room, adjacent to the Residential Dining Hall, call Food Services at x2993.
All other space on campus:
Contact the Conference, Events & Catering Office , Salazar Hall, 664-2475 to check on availability of space requested (includes all classrooms, conference rooms, Evert B. Person Theatre, Warren Auditorium, Main Quad, University Lakes, etc.)
Complete a Request for Use of Facilities & Services Form.
These forms can be obtained from the Student Union or the CEC Office.
Once the form is completed with information concerning the event/activity/meeting room, have your form signed for approval by both the Club Advisor and the Center for Student Leadership Involvement & Service.
This Request for Use of Facilities & Services Form to the CEC Office. The CEC Office will contact the appropriate campus individual for scheduling the location(s) for you.
The CEC Office will send to you a confirmation memo, which is your authorization to use that particular location.
To make things go smoothly, a minimum THREE WEEKS lead time is necessary to ensure you get the location you want.
