SAFE Peer Educators are trained to lead interactive workshops on:

  • Sexual Assault Prevention
  • Responsible Alcohol Use
  • Safer Sex and HIV/AIDS

SAFE Peer Educators also take part in campus educational activities, such as:

  • Alcohol Awareness Month (October)
  • Sexual Responsibility Week (February)
  • Safe Spring Break (April)
  • Sexual Assault Awareness Month (April) (click here for more about this national program)
  • The Clothesline Project T-shirt Display
  • Take BacK the Night Rally and March
  • SSU Health & Wellness Fair (May)
