Paperwork
Participants are required to complete the following forms in order to take part in Outdoor Pursuits trips. While all trips include the ODP Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver form and Medical Questionnaire, some may also require additional paperwork. Participants are asked to have their paperwork complete and ready to hand in at the Pre-trip meeting.
