Wilderness Medicine
Sonoma State University Adventure Programs hosts various Wilderness Medicine courses throughout the year. Wilderness Medicine knowledge is important for individuals who venture into the backcountry whether you’re trail running a few miles from town or backpacking many days into the wilderness. These courses will help you deal with a medical emergency when immediate help is unavailable. These courses are utilized by student trip leaders, academic departments and local community members, enrollment is open to all.
