There are many unique and diverse programs that utilize our award winning Recreation Center for a wide variety of events.

Tag SSU Campus Rec in your status through the end of Stress Free week and be put in a drawing for a chance to win an iPhone/iPod touch arm band.

Over our 4 years of operation, we have seen Health & Wellness Lectures and Fairs, Sustainability Conferences, Athletic Competitions, Work & Job Fairs, and College Lifestyle festivals.

For Fall 2011 Semester, on the first Friday of every month, staff and faculty will be able to use Campus Rec Facilities at NO COST! This includes FREE Friday InMotion Group Fitness classes! FREE Rock Wall Rental/Use! FREE swimming from 12-2pm at Campus Rec Swim. FREE use of Fitness Center, Indoor Tracks, Courts and Studios. Join us December 2nd!
