It will be my first WWP trip and I can’t wait to hang out with a bunch of awesome people!

Excited to show a new group of SSU students what is possible for them to do with their peers and adventure.

I like to be one with the cows; I have a cow onesie that I wear often.
Favorite thing about being in the outdoors:
Feeling alive and being amazed by all this planet is and has to offer. It definitely enhances my mental and emotional well-being, as well as my physical capabilities.
Why you're stoked to lead a WWP trip:
I attended one of the trips as an incoming freshman and gained so much from it! I have truly shaped my whole college career around these programs and want to aid others in finding the same opportunities I did. It’s also just a great time to get out
and laugh, have fun, bond with people, AND challenge ourselves to get us all closer.

I’m a raccoon whisperer.
Favorite thing about being in the outdoors:
Mother Nature always knows exactly what I need; from beautiful vistas to demanding environments, whether I need to be healed or challenged, all I have to do is step outside.
Why you're stoked to lead a WWP trip:
Because WWP is AMAZING! I was a participant my freshman year and it honestly changed my life through the friends I made and the opportunities it created, and I’ve always wanted to give back to the program that gave me so much. Plus, who doesn’t want to start a new semester off with a rad adventure??

Getting away from civilization, and enjoying being in nature and with good people.
Why you're stoked to lead a WWP trip:
To give people the same amazing experience that I had when I went on a WWP trip my freshman year!

I love to be outdoors because it helps me feel connected to the world, other people and myself! Also there’s a ton of awesome real stuff to do!
Why you're stoked to lead a WWP trip:
I am stoked to lead some days of WWP because it’s a great way to help introduce students to an awesome community, healthy, fun, adventurous activities and new places!

I like to dance la salsa!
Favorite thing about being in the outdoors:
I love being in the outdoors because it is so therapeutic. It awakens all of my senses and helps me connect to the earth, myself and other people.
Why you're stoked to lead a WWP trip:
I can’t wait to meet all of the awesome incoming freshmen that made a great decision to join WWP. I love seeing the transition between when everyone starts their trip (nervous and quiet) and when they come back (laughing, smelly, loud, and friendly)!
