Our mission is to promote health and wellness on campus through the multi-sport lifestyle. Whether you want to learn a new sport, stay in great shape, complete your first triathlon, or make it to the podium, this club is for you!
Throughout the year we have optional team workouts 2-3 times per week, utilizing the recreation center, pool, and track as well as off campus workouts. Daily workouts are provided by our USAT certified coach, Paul Middlebrook, so that even busy lifestyles can be accommodated.
