Super Kids Camp!

Hello wonderful SKC families and friends,

We wanted to remind you of a few things coming up for us. Space is still open in all sessions, so please start bringing in your registrations if you haven't already done so. We are filling up quickly, so make sure you don't miss your chance to join in on the great fun we have planned all summer!

This week, we are holding SKC Open House Tours for those families interested in checking out the facilities, or anyone who wants to say hello! We will be holding these tours in the Campus Recreation Center lobby and answering questions on these days:
            Thursday 5/3 from 3:30-5:30 pm
            Friday 5/4 from 3:30-5:30 pm
            Saturday 5/5 from 2:00-4:00 pm

Also on Saturday May 5th, we will have a table at Santa Rosa's Human Race event. We will be tabling at the race from 7:00-11:00am. Check out this fantastic Sonoma County event and say hello to your favorite local summer camp!

We hope your school year is wrapping up well and we cannot wait to see you all in June!

We are pleased to utilize the beautiful Recreation Center at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park. Each weekly Super Kids Camp session will include a fun theme, local field trip, special events, pool time, and rock wall climbing. Other camp activities include arts & crafts, sports, science, and group play.

Super Kids Camp welcomes campers ages 5-11 in the Sonoma County area. Our low camper to counselor ratio makes it possible to promote a non-competitive environment in all camp activities.
Our Super Kids Camp counselors are CPR and first aid certified. They are high energy and active SSU students who are enthusiastic about working with children. This Monday through Friday, ten-week camp offers 1-day, 3-day, and full week options as well as extended child care from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The 2012 SKC registration materials are posted here for you to download. You may mail in your completed registration forms; however, it is important that you call in, mail, or drop off payment at the SSU Recreation Center in order to reserve your child's place in the summer camp. Spaces often fill up quickly, so please contact us ahead of time to be sure that there is space for the sessions you will be signing up for.

In an effort to make this a great summer we are talking to local businesses about possible summer camp sponsors. If you are interested in sponsoring Super Kids Camp or you know someone who may be interested please contact us via email or call Mike at 707-664-3391. Donated money will go directly to supplementing camp events such as field trips, special events, buses, camp t-shirts, and much more.

The SKC camp staff has planned to make this summer the best yet! You can look forward to spending your summer swimming, going on cool field trips, and Rockwall climbing. With new counselors, activities, and special events we are all so exited to get this summer rolling.
We hope you have a great end of your school year and cannot wait for another great summer!

Thank you,

Super Kids Camp Staff
