PUBLICATIONS

The Western Society of Criminology (WSC) supports two published media: the Western Criminology Review (on-line, peer-reviewed journal) and the Western Criminologist (newsletter).

Western Criminology Review

Launched in 1996 by Pat Jackson, this relatively new on-line, peer-review journal is rapidly gaining an excellent reputation in Criminal Justice/Criminology. Published bi-annually with additional special issues, this journal presents important research and scholarly debate on issues relevant to the field. Original articles are published in both an htm (web) and PDF format.

The WCR is currently abstracted by EBSCO, Criminal Justice Abstracts, and Hein On-line.

For information about the submission policies please go to the main page of the journal and then navigate to "submissions."
