To begin the process, please complete and submit our External Request for Use of Facilities and Services. The Office of Conferences, Events and Catering (CEC) requests a minimum of two (2) weeks notice for reservations. Any requests made with less than two (2) weeks notice may not be accommodated. Once we receive this and review your request, a coordinator will contact you to discuss details. All food service on campus is handled by University Dining Services. Your coordinator will work with you to develop all of your menus, as well as any of your equipment needs. We look forward to assisting you have a successful event. |
