Conferences, Events and Catering Home Page

The Office of Conferences, Events and Catering (CEC) requests a minimum of two (2) weeks notice for reservations.  Any requests made with less than two (2) weeks notice may not be accommodated.  Due to high volumes of requests, please allow at least five (5) business days for confirmation of space and/or services.

Students clubs will need the signature of their President or Treasurer, Advisor and the CSLIS Office.  Individual students require the signature of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management, or their designee.

All Events for more than 100 people require an Officer/Staff Request form to be completed.  This must be done a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your event.
