The Conferences, Events, and Catering office makes it as easy as possible to reserve conference and camp space. The following is a quick guide:

• Download and complete the Conference/Camp Application
• Email, fax, or mail the Conference/Camp Application along with a tentative event schedule (see our contact info here)
• Discuss facility and service needs with a Conference Coordinator - spaces are tentatively scheduled as a lease agreement is sent to you.
• Review the Lease Agreement, including costs.
• Sign a lease agreement and return with a 10% deposit - facilities and services are reserved.
