Seawolf Guest Suite FAQ's

1. What is the Cancellation Policy?

To cancel your reservations, please call 707-664-3336 or email hendry@sonoma.edu M-F 8:00A – 4:30P. To receive a full refund minus a $25.00 admin fee, please make cancellations more than 72 hours in advance of your check-in date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your check-in date shall not be eligible for any refunds. Refunds shall be issued via check and may take up to 20 business days to receive

2. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 1:00P and Check-out time is 11:00A. Late check-out may be available upon request. Late check-out without authorization may result in your credit card being charged for an extra night's stay.

3. What is the Check-in Process?

The Seawolf Guest Suites operate a self check-in process. Approximately 4 days prior to your stay, we will send you an email with a pin code and map to your suite. Your key cards and any purchased parking permits will be placed on the kitchen table of your suite.

4. Who can I call if I have a question or issue when I arrive?

The Seawolf Guest Suites operates a message line that is monitored 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The number is 707-874-8778. Please leave your name, the nature of your call, and your call back number and a staff member will respond within 20 minutes. Alternatively, you may call 707-664-2542 M-F 8:00A - 4:30P to speak to an Operations staff member.

5. What's provided with the suites?

Each guest suite is furnished. Beds are setup with sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows, 2 towels and 1 washcloth. Extra linens are provided in the hall closet. The bathroom is supplied with a bathmat. Kitchens include an oven, stove, microwave, full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. No dishes, pots or pans are included. Wireless internet is provided and login credential can be found on your key card envelope.

6. Are Pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the Residential Community.

7. Is smoking/alcohol allowed on campus?

Smoking is not allowed in the Residential Community within 20 feet of any building. For those guests of legal drinking age, alcohol consumption is allowed inside the suites.Due to campus policy, the number of guests consuming alcohol within a guest suite may not exceed the number of bed spaces within the suite.

8. I would like to make reservations for more than 4 people, but the booking engine shows nothing available?

There are a limited number of suites available. To make reservations for more than 4 people (2 or more suites), please make separate reservations for up to 4 people each.If you would like to make reservations over the phone, please call 707-664-3336.

9. How do I obtain a parking permit?

Parking permits are required 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in the Residential Community. If you did not order one when making reservations and need one, please call 707-664-3336 M-F 8:00A - 4:30P.
