Sonoma State University offers a cost-effective, flexible pricing structure.  We strive to meet the needs and desires of conference planners to hold the most extravagant of events with a not so extravagant budget.

Our package rates are the easiest way to gauge the total cost of a conference.  Below are some base prices for our 2010 Conference Packages.

Beaujolais Apartment Package -- $90.00 per person/per night

• Bed space in 4 single bedroom, 4 bath apartment suite
• 3 meals per night of stay (can be upgraded to catered meals)
• Large group meeting space and breakout meeting areas*
• Standard Linen Service
• Parking Permits

Sauvignon Apartment Package -- $84.50 per person/per night

• Bed space in 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment suite
• 3 meals per night of stay (can be upgraded to catered meals)
• Large group meeting space and breakout meeting areas*
• Standard Linen Service
• Parking Permits

Cabernet Apartment Package -- $80.00 per person/per night

• Bed space in 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment suite
• 3 meals per night of stay (can be upgraded to catered meals)
• Large group meeting space and breakout meeting areas*
• Standard Linen Service
• Parking Permits

Zinfandel/Verdot Residential Camp -- $74.00 per person/per night

• Bed space in 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom or 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite
• 3 meals per night of stay (BBQ/Catering upgrades available)
• Large group meeting space and breakout meeting areas*
• Parking permits

Sports/Athletic Camp Package -- $71.50 per person/per night

• Bed space in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom or 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite
• 3 meals per night of stay (BBQ/Catering upgrades available)
• Athletic facilities/fields*
• Parking and linen packs for coaches
• Souvenir lanyards

*Meeting space, breakout areas, athletic space and fields included in package are based on the size of the group reservation and duration of stay.
