To access PeopleSoft you will need your SSU Seawolf ID and Password. If you are not sure what that is or if you do not have one, please visit the IT Helpdesk Seawolf User ID FAQ.

PeopleSoft 9.0 Training

Faculty & Staff "Common Changes" Training

This training is available and recommended for all Faculty and Staff that use PeopleSoft. The training will cover common changes and navigation. There will be time for hands on experience and Q&A at the end of the training.

Staff Appreciation Day "Common Changes" Training

This training is available and recommended for all Staff that use PeopleSoft. The training will cover common changes and navigation. There will be time for hands on experience and Q&A at the end of the training. Sign up for this training will be available the day of Staff Appreciation. Date May 24th, 2012.

Area Trainings; ie Admissions & Records, Seawolf Services, Departments, Schools, etc.

This training is being coordinated for administrative offices and specialty areas on campus. The training will cover common changes, navigation and applicable new functionality. This will be a hands on experience with time for Q&A at the end of the training. Please coordinate with your appropriate CMS functional lead to see when this training will be available for your area.

Confidentiality Training for All Employees

Required Reading

Effective July 1, 2010 all employees should have this training as a part of their signup upon hiring.

Please download and read the Confidentiality Training Basics (doc). (For additional reading, feel free to download and read the Confidentiality Training Handbook (doc).)

Once you've read the handout please continue reading for further instructions.

Signature Sheet

Once you have completed reading the Confidentiality Handbook, your next step is to download the Access and Compliance Form (doc). Please read, sign, and submit this form to the front desk of Administration and Finance, located on the second floor of Salazar Hall with attention to Peter Flores. If you are not on campus, you may fax the form, with attention to "CMS", to (707) 664-2080.

This completes your Confidentiality Training.
