Capital Planning, Design and Construction is committed to promoting sustainable building practices and protecting the environment where feasible from the beginning in project planning, through design and into construction. This includes using sustainable materials for construction and designing systems to reduce energy consumption, air, sound and light pollution.
Mitigation efforts include an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and adhering to California State University Executive Orders.
