Register for the May 17th Workshop

Please fill out the form below to register for the Mathematics and Economics:  Connections for Life, Grades 9-12 Workshop on May 17, 2003.  The workshop is open to current or prospective teachers of high school mathematics, including students in the mathematics credential program.  

After we receive your information, we'll send you an email that will either confirm your registration or invite you to join a waiting list.  If your registration is confirmed, we'll require a $25 deposit to secure your seat.   Your deposit will be returned to you if you attend the workshop or cancel your registration by May 1st.
