The School of Education is a professional school dedicated
to the education of new and experienced teachers, administrators and
other school specialists. Our programs prepare candidates for basic
teaching credentials in elementary, middle/secondary, and special education;
service credentials in administration and school counseling also are
offered. The School of Education offers advanced study through our master’s
programs and joint doctoral program in Educational Leadership.
Prepare Now to Start a Credential or Graduate Degree Program in Fall 2010.
We highly recommend that you apply to SSU for Spring 2010 to take the required prerequisite or core courses for our Credential and Masters Degree Programs. Due to state budget constraints, School of Education courses will not be offered in Summer 2010.
