Credential candidates are advised throughout the program to ensure that the course sequence is appropriate for meeting individual student needs. Program Planners help guide students as to the specific statutory and coursework requirements for each credential pathway. Each special education faculty member conducts regular office hours and is readily available to students on an appointment basis. The use of electronic- and voice-mail supports communication among full-and part-time special education faculty, between faculty and credential candidates, and between faculty and school district personnel.
