Applications & Admissions Periods

Thanks for your interest in the School of Education at Sonoma State University! Below you will find information regarding our admission periods as well as links to our program applications. Now Accepting Applications for Fall 2008

March 1st - May 15th

Only completed applications will be accepted during this period. Incomplete applications will be considered for Spring 2009 admission, with the exception of Educational Leadership which only starts in the Fall Semester.

March 1st - May 30th

Only completed applications will be accepted during this period for Education Specialist and Administrative Credentials. Incomplete applications will be considered for Spring 2009 admission, with the exception of Educational Leadership which only starts in the Fall Semester.

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT accepting applications for Multiple Subjects UKIAH Program for Fall 2008.

Fall 2008 Admission Period

Credential Programs Offered:

Multiple Subject, Single Subject, Special Education Level I, Special Education Level II, Reading and Language Arts Certificate or Specialist

M.A. in Education Programs Offered

Curriculum, Teaching and Learning, Early Childhood Education, Reading and Language Arts, Special Education

Applications received after this period will be considered in the order received on a space available basis.

Please Note:
You must also apply to the University as a post baccalaureate student in order to be admitted to a Credential or Masters program in the School of Education. If you are interested in Fall 2008 admission, file online through CSU Mentor at www.csumentor.edu.
