Admissions Process
All Credential and Masters Degree Applicants Must Apply to BOTH SSU and the Specific School of Education Program:
- You must apply to the Sonoma State University as a graduate/post baccalaureate student in order to be admitted to a Credential or Masters program in the School of Education. Please apply to SSU via www.csumentor.edu for your semester of interest.
note: if you are currently in the ES Level I program, you do not need to file a csumentor application.
- Download the Professional Level II Education Specialist Credential Program Application (PDF), and closely follow all step-by-step instructions in that document.

FALL 2012: Master's, Advanced and Administrative Credential Programs-first review of applications May 1, 2012 Extended deadline June 1, 2012 (only complete applications accepted)

Basic Credential Programs: Fall 2012 Application Period is CLOSED
Take Prerequsities in Summer 2012 | or Fall 2012 for Spring 2013 program admission
Spring 2013 Admissions: We expect there WILL BE admissions to teacher credential and Education Master’s programs in the CSU system, even though the system will not be admitting undergraduates for the Spring 2013 semester. Please check back here for updates.
