The Sonoma County Office of Education has a part-time Science Curriculum Specialist who may be able to provide some information and assistance to prospective science teachers. For the 2009-2010 school year, the SCOE Science Curriculum Specialist is also the INterim Director for the SMTRI program. Contact Michale Roa at mroa@scoe.org.
